Aurora Woodlands School have rewarding trip to London

Aurora Woodlands pupils and staff have an incredible time on school trip to London.

Staff members at Aurora Woodlands wanted to reward pupils for their continued efforts and positive attitudes towards school with an experience to remember, and an overnight stay in London was exactly the way to do this!

“It was an incredible time! The boys were amazing!” – Natalie Reardon, Nurture Lead.

The pupils from Woodlands were a credit to the school throughout their time in London. Their first day consisted of navigating their way through the busy underground, exploring China Town, Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square. If this was not enough, they then sat in the Ambassador Lounge at Lyceum Theatre with unlimited drinks, sweets and ice cream before watching The Lion King!

Day 2 was just as exciting. The pupils started the day by observing the Horse Guard Parade AND even had a private tour of ‘The Mess’ where all the horses are prepped ahead of the parade. What a memorable experience!

The day then followed with a trip to the London Eye, visiting the moon at the National History Museum and enjoying a sit down and dinner at Prezzo before their journey back to Woodlands. The pupils and staff members had a fantastic trip, with the school receiving touching feedback from the parents.

“Whatever you do brings out the best in him. He is thriving!’ – Parent
