Every minute, you can make a difference

We truly believe, everybody across the Aurora Group makes a positive difference to the children, young people and adults, whether they are working directly with them or not. We all play a role. Which is why every minute of your working day, you can make a difference.

Four reasons why it’s a great time to join Aurora:

Firstly, and most importantly, you get to be part of a company who are helping make a difference to people’s lives, which will give you a real feeling of job satisfaction.

Secondly, the people here are some of the most dedicated, professional and friendly people you will ever meet, and you will be made to feel part of the family from day one.

Thirdly, our services are growing in their own unique ways, with a number of them seeing significant redevelopment, and there is a real energy and enthusiasm at each and every one of them.

Lastly, you’ll be part of a national, innovative provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special needs, who are developing and growing fast.

It really is an exciting time to be part of The Aurora Group. But don’t take our word for it. Watch a day in the life of some of our staff and get a flavor for what it’s like working for Aurora and across our services.
