Our Approach

At Aurora our company tagline is ‘empowering uniqueness’. As you may have already read on the about us page, ‘empowering uniqueness’ is about providing children, young people and adults with the opportunities to grow in their own unique way, which comes through empowering them with choice and responsibility.

But this also applies to our employees. We believe that people perform at their best when they are empowered.
