Our Approach

At Aurora our company line is ‘empowering uniqueness’.  Empowering uniqueness is about providing children, young people and adults with the opportunities to grow in their own unique way, supporting them to make choices and prepare for adulthood.

But this is also relevant to our employees. We believe that people perform at their best when they are empowered and take responsibility for their choices.
