Salary: post probation rate of £17,160 per annum and £18,200 with QCF level 3
Hours: 40 hours per week spread over shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays

It’s a really exciting time to work for Aurora Hedgeway. We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our growing team who are making a real difference to young people’s lives.
Aurora Hedgeway School is in the village of Pilning, 15miles north of Bristol, and provides personalised education and care for children and young people aged 8-19 years old, with communication and intensive needs, typically associated with Asperger's Syndrome, ADHD, PDA and other challenges.
A support worker is one of the most important roles in a child or young adult’s world, as they spend the most time with them, playing a vital role in supporting them live the life they want and ensuring they can achieve their full potential.
