Support Worker

Salary: £8.25 p/h post probation. £8.75 p/h post QCF Level 3 training, which is provided.

Hours: Various rota patterns available including night shifts.

Aurora Eccles Hall is situated in an idyllic 28 acre site and caters for both day and residential pupils with an age range of 7 to 20.

As a Support Worker, you’ll be helping individuals to live the lives they choose and to ‘empower them to grow’. It’s a really important role, having responsibility for supporting people’s personal, health and care needs. Because you’re with young people for most of the day (or night), you’ll be a vital part of the team that enables them to achieve their full potential. We have around 130 pupils in total and they are all adorable! Please note that for these particular vacancies, weekends are not required although this might change as your role develops.

Local Area: Quidenham is very rural but please don’t worry as there are excellent road and rail links to Norwich (20 miles) and Cambridge (45 miles).
