Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Location: Aurora Boveridge College 

Salary - Up to £27,000 per annum

Hours - Average of 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Aurora Boveridge College is our exciting new further education college that will be opening in September 2017 in the stunning former country estate of Boveridge House.

Aurora Boveridge College will be unique in offering dynamic and purposeful education programmes which take into account uneven learning profiles for students with Asperger’s syndrome, High Functioning Autism, Anxiety related conditions, ADHD, Acquired Brain Injury and other Mental Health conditions.

As Registered Mental Health Nurse you will work to establish a caring and supportive relationship with the young people in the education and residential care setting, to promote and enable healthy lifestyle choices and to oversee and ensure their complex health needs are fully met.                                              

You will work as part of a team supporting the young people, providing a therapeutic environment with emphasis on consistency, security, warmth and safety.

As part of a team you will provide support to students and colleagues at the college and work in line with the relevant legislation and the current quality standards.
