A place to live. Start earning. Do amazing rewarding work. Build a career. What’s stopping you?

At Aurora we’re not usually ones to blow our own trumpet. To be honest we’re not sure we even own a trumpet (though that could be arranged), but we are confident enough in this instance to say we have a job package which is pretty special and could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

Are you someone who wants to feel proud of what you do each day to make the life of a child or young adult with disabilities better? You don’t need to have any formal qualifications as we can help you with that – what you do need is energy, enthusiasm and passion to help make a difference.

We are offering you the chance to start earning and most importantly do rewarding work.

Located on a 14-acre site, Aurora Meldreth Manor is a school and children’s home for children aged 6-19 and Orchard Manor is a transitional service for young adults aged 19-25 – both support individuals who have complex communication difficulties, including severe and profound learning difficulties, physical and sensory difficulties and complex health needs which impact on their daily lives.

A Night Support Worker is one of the most important roles in a child or young adult’s world, as they ensure that they receive care and support throughout the evening, playing a vital role in supporting them live the life they want and ensuring they can achieve their full potential.

You come in for your shift, make this person’s life awesome, and then go home. Now that’s a good job. That’s a brilliant job!
