Night Support Worker

Salary: post probation rate of £17,160 per annum and £18,200 with QCF level 3

Hours: 40 hours per week spread over shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays

Location:  Aurora Hedgeway School, Stoke Gifford, Bristol, BS34

Important: A full U.K. driving license is essential. Transport will be provided.

It’s a really exciting time to work for Aurora Hedgeway. We are currently looking for Night Support Workers to join our growing team who are making a real difference to young people’s lives.

Aurora Hedgeway School is in the village of Pilning, 15miles north of Bristol, and provides personalised education and care for children and young people aged 8-19 years old, who have autism and other associated needs. The student's residential home is based in Stoke Gifford and as such, candidates must hold a full U.K. driving license. Transport will be provided. 

Our Night Support staff are essential to the development and maintenance of a stable, happy and caring environment. Night Support Workers will build trusted relationship with our children which puts their health, safety, development and welfare first. This will involve appropriate physical and emotional support to children throughout the night in their residence.
