Night Support Worker - Boveridge
Location: Cranborne, Aurora Boveridge College
Salary - £8.25 after probation or £8.75 with a relevant qualification.
£16,640 – £18,200 based on 40 hours per week
Hours - Full time/Part time
Important: It is highly desirable that candidates for this position will have held a full driving licence for over a year and be 21 years of age, or over. This is due to insurance provisions for the college mini-bus.

Aurora Boveridge College will be an independent specialist residential and day college, offering a range of academic and vocational courses leading to employment, further or higher education in a spectacular location in the beautiful Dorset countryside in the former Boveridge House.
The College will support young people aged 16 – 25 with a range of complex needs which may be due to Asperger’s syndrome, High Functioning Autism, anxiety, social, communication and emotional difficulties, ADHD and Mental Health conditions.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate in supporting young people to learn and prepare for the future. This may include learning practical skills like cooking, cleaning and budgeting and also supporting young people to manage their anxieties or social difficulties. As a Night Support Worker you will facilitate and monitoring the health and welfare of young people who live in the house.
Aurora Boveridge College and its residential accommodation will be exciting places to work with a strong team, which makes a difference to young people’s lives. This role includes working some weekends on a rota basis.
