Marketing Manager

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience plus benefits package

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Location: London (Holborn) central team

We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our busy and thriving group.

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications you will be the key point of contact for marketing and communications activity with our services.

Whilst we are ideally looking for a candidate with experience in education, health or social care sectors, we would also welcome applications from bright and enthusiastic marketers who can bring the right aptitude, skillset and commitment to the role. This post is based in our London office and will require occasional travel to our services and Wiltshire office.

Profile:
We are looking for an outstanding individual with a positive attitude who is creatively focused and self-motivated. You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team and have a strong commitment to finishing projects and meeting deadlines. 

The successful candidate will be able to cope well under pressure while working in a fast-paced and evolving environment as we have ambitious growth plans. 

In addition to this it is essential that the applicant can demonstrate attention to detail and has the aptitude and determination to gain new skills and apply them quickly.

The Role:

  • The implementation of our marketing strategy:

  • Creation of marketing collateral and branded content and materials to support the sales strategy and customer-facing team, bringing a consistency to our messaging, presentations and all sales collateral.

  • Consistent liaison with key stakeholders within the business to ensure constant communication on project-related marketing opportunities

  • Working in conjunction with Headteachers to enable consistent internal communication.

  • Creating advertising and social media campaigns to support recruitment drives across the country.

  • Monitoring and reporting on social and digital platforms.

  • Supporting the team to develop a new website and subsequently to be the lead on monitoring, evaluating and updating the website as required.

  • You will need to ensure consistency of messaging and brand continuity across all our communications channels.

  • Support the development of our vision and values and contribute to building a positive brand culture across the company.

The Skills You Need:

  • Previous relevant experience of working in a marketing role, preferably within the education, health or care industry

  • Degree level

  • An understanding and experience of a variety of marketing platforms

  • Ability to effectively project manage and plan tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to be proactive and self-sufficient

  • Experience in using MS Office package

  • Experience in using at least one graphics package would be useful e.g. Publisher.

Working Hours:

Usual office hours are 09.00 to 17.30, Monday to Friday although you will be required to work outside of this when travelling to our services across the country.
