HR and Finance Administrator (Part time)
Salary: £19,000 per annum Full time equivalent (£8,550 part time equivalent)
Hours: 18 hours per week (3 days per week during school hours)
Location: Aurora Hedgeway School, Rookery Lane, Pilning, Bristol BS35 4JN
As part of our continued growth plans, Aurora Hedgeway School in Pilning are looking for a part time HR and Finance Administrator to join the team.
Aurora Hedgeway School provides flexible specialist education and residential care for children and young people aged 8-19 years old with communication and associated difficulties. Students may be on the autistic spectrum, have Asperger’s Syndrome or other difficulties that impact their emotional health and well-being and create barriers to learning.
The HR and Finance Administrator will undertake and/or supervise the full range of administrative tasks required for the effective management of the Finance and HR functions, including communicating (verbal and written) with candidates, employees, management and external bodies, suppliers and consultants, ensuring data protection, confidentiality and the reputation of the company are maintained. The role will also support general administration across the schools as required.
Key Responsibilities include:
Finance Admin: Efficient management of all administrative processes relating to the site based financial administration including effective liaison with Central Office Finance team.
HR Admin: Efficient management of administrative processes relating to all elements of the employee lifecycle in line with company, regulatory and legal requirements
General Admin: Undertake efficient general administrative tasks to support the Schools and Children’s homes
